What testing and safety protocols does UPPAbaby follow?

All UPPAbaby strollers and car seats meet and exceed ASTM & JPMA compliance standards and governmental safety and testing standards. State and federal safety standards require all car seats and strollers to meet stringent flame retardancy standards. Many manufacturers meet these requirements by treating their fabrics with toxic brominated and chlorinated chemicals, like PBBs and PBDEs that can be harmful to children. All UPPAbaby products meet all applicable flame retardancy standards without these potentially harmful chemicals.

Where can I find the Serial Number on my stroller?


The Serial Number is 15 or 17 digits, located on a sticker with a barcode below the rear axle of the stroller frame on the left.

Are UPPAbaby strollers and products certified?

UPPAbaby products are certified by the JPMA (Juvenile Products Manufacturing Association). All of our strollers and products are tested to by an independent agency to the most stringent of standards.

What stores can I buy UPPAbaby strollers in and where are they located?

You can buy UPPAbaby strollers and products at retailers located across the United States and Canada as well as the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, Spain, South Korea and China.

Can I purchase UPPAbaby strollers and products directly from your website?

Our online shopping on the website is for US customers only. We only ship at this time in the US.

Any orders placed through our website go through our ecommerce vendor Shopatron. The order is sent out to our network of retailers and awarded to the retailer in your area who can fulfill the order. The retailer will email you within 24 hours with specifics on shipping, tax, etc. Shipping costs depend on the retailer. In reality, we do not fulfill the orders at UPPAbaby, but give our retailers the opportunity for sales.

What is the best way to care for my UPPAbaby stroller?

Sand and debris can get caught in the joints and contribute to stroller malfunction. Please give your stroller some love periodically by applying BuggyLOVE’s WheelLOVE on the joints and wheel axle. This will help with your stroller’s performance and life span.

How do I clean my UPPAbaby stroller?

For daily maintenance and quick clean-ups of life’s messes we recommend BuggyLOVE organic cleaning products available online at www.buggylove.com and at Buy Buy Baby.

For bigger messes remove the canopy and seat fabric from the frame. Fill your sink or tub with water and 3-4 capfuls of BuggyLOVE and hand wash. The VISTA, CRUZ and G-Series fabrics are all removable. Hang dry.

How long is my UPPAbaby warranty valid and what does it cover?

Your UPPAbaby item is warranted to be free from any manufacturing defects for a period of two years from the date of purchase under normal use and in compliance with the operating instructions. How can I make a warranty claim?

The UPPAbaby Factory Store is not a typical retail store. Our refurbished stroller inventory is always changing, and varies on a day by day basis. We cannot anticipate which strollers will be arriving in our store or when. Please email lynn@uppababy.com or call 781-413-3070 to check-in regarding what’s in stock. Calls cannot be made to notify when inventory is available so feel free to check in as often as you like. Sales are on a first come first served basis. 24-hour holds are permitted but must be requested on an available stroller when inquiring about inventory. Please understand that our stock is limited, and inventory is reserved / sold rather quickly. Our store is local pick up ONLY; shipping on items is NOT available at all.

All UPPAbaby strollers are designed at our world headquarters in Hingham, Massachusetts, and manufactured in China under strict quality control measures.
