What is the UPPAbaby Factory Store?
We are not a retail store, but do have refurbished strollers that may be returns from our retailers but are structurally and functionally sound as checked by our techs. All strollers sold at our factory store are AS IS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. They have a 30-day warranty, versus our 2-year warranty when purchased at an authorized UPPAbaby retailer.
What do you have in stock?
Inventory changes daily, and is on a first come first served basis. Please email email@example.com or call 781-413-3070 to ask about what’s in stock and pricing. We are unable to notify when inventory is available, but feel free to check in as often as you’d like. We cannot anticipate which strollers we will have and when.
How do I purchase a stroller?
24-hour holds are permitted, but must be requested for an available stroller when you call or email. All product is LOCAL PICK UP ONLY, we cannot ship any products. Once a product is on hold, an appointment can be made to pick up Tuesday-Thursday 10am-12pm or 2pm-4pm, or Friday 10am-2pm.
