EXTENDED WARRANTY (strollers and select accessories)

UPPAbaby offers a 3 year limited warranty on all strollers, In-Home and select accessories (RumbleSeat, Bassinet, Piggyback). Your UPPAbaby product is warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase under normal use and in compliance with the operating instructions. All other accessories are warrented to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase under normal use and in compliance with the operating instructions.

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY (car seats) — Program applies to car seats purchased after January 1, 2019

UPPAbaby offers a lifestime warranty on all car seats and the original owner, within the lifetime of the product. To receive your Product Lifetime Warranty, you MUST provide a valid purchase receipt from an authorized UPPAbaby retailer. The lifetime of the product is up to 7 years from date of manufacture.

TravelSafe Program

Our TravelSafe Program takes the stress out of air travel by ensuring your UPPAbaby gear is fully protected. With our TravelSafe program, any damage caused to your product during air travel is covered by UPPAbaby. For Strollers, Playard, RumbleSeat or Bassinet accessories, the TravelSafe Program covers you within 4 years of your gear purchase (3 years under the original product warranty + an additional 1 year). The additional year is only valid for damage caused to your gear in the Travel Bag during air travel. For Car Seats, the TravelSafe Program covers you within the terms of your original warranty.
