EXTENSION OF WARRANTY (selected strollers and accessories)

UPPAbaby offers an EXTENSION WARRANTY of 1 year (i.e. a total duration of 36 months) on all strollers and selected accessories (carrycots, RumbleSeat hammocks, kits from birth and PiggyBack steps). To benefit from the additional 1 year warranty, customers must register their product online at UPPAbaby.com within 3 months of the date of purchase and present valid proof of purchase from an authorized retailer. This is our way of thanking you for your loyalty.

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY (Car Seats) – Program is valid for car seats purchased after January 1, 2019.

UPPAbaby offers a lifetime warranty on the product (limited lifetime warranty). To benefit from the lifetime warranty, customers must register their product online within 3 months of the date of purchase and present valid proof of purchase from an authorized seller. The warranty only applies to the original owner. The lifetime warranty attests to UPPAbaby’s ongoing commitment to the safety of its young passengers.

LIMITED WARRANTY

Your UPPAbaby product is guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase, under normal conditions of use and in accordance with the instructions for use.

This warranty is not transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. It is valid only upon presentation of proof of purchase from an authorized reseller. Please retain proof of purchase for any future claims under this limited warranty.

This warranty is only valid in the original country of purchase. This warranty is subject to the conditions in force in the country where this product was purchased. These conditions may vary. UPPAbaby will not send replacement or repair parts outside the country of purchase.

UPPAbaby will provide replacement parts or make repairs as it deems necessary. UPPAbaby reserves the right to exchange a part for a replacement. Some parts may be replaced with parts from a newer model as the stroller has improved over time.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Any defect due to incorrect use or poor maintenance. (Please refer to the product instruction manual for usage and maintenance instructions).
  • Any damage due to improper installation of UPPAbaby parts and/or accessories. (Please refer to the product instruction manual for assembly and usage instructions).
  • Any damage due to corrosion, mold or rust due to lack of maintenance, repair or storage.
  • Any damage due to normal wear and tear.
  • Any damage or degradation caused by intense sunlight, perspiration, detergent products, damp storage conditions or frequency of washing.
  • Any repair or modification having been carried out by a third party.
  • Any product purchased from an unauthorized retailer. (Approved retailers are listed on our website www.uppababy.com ).
  • Second-hand owners or users other than the registered buyer.
  • Any damage due to handling or shipping by air.
  • Any product involved in an accident.

UPPAbaby reserves the right to determine whether the terms and conditions of the warranty have been met.
