The Aria combines lightweight portability with uncompromised safety and comfort. Its features include an adjustable load leg and anti-rebound+ panel in the base for added stability and energy absorption. The SmartSecure system confirms proper and secure installation. The carrier incorporates European belt routing, a 5th rebound carry handle position for vehicle use, precise headrest adjustment with a 5-point no-rethread harness, and a robust 2-piece infant inlay.
The Aria is UPPAbaby’s lightest infant car seat and sets new standards weighing just under 6lbs. The extra-large UPF 50+ hideaway canopy with back panel ventilation and pop out extended sunshade intuitively provides additional airflow and sun protection when needed, and can be simply pushed back when not.
The Aria is compatible with Vista and Cruz Strollers for direct attachment, and also compatible with the Minu and Ridge strollers with the use of adaptors.
UPPAbaby recommends transitioning your child out the Aria by their first birthday or the 1-inch rule, whichever comes first. The 1-inch rule is applied when your child is using the headrest in its highest position and when the top of their head is less than 1-inch from the top of the headrest structure. Please note that transition should also occur when your child meets the 30 lbs. weight limit or 30” in height, whichever comes first.
