How To Make A Claim
If your gear is damaged during air travel, simply contact UPPAbaby within 14 days of your trip to file a claim. To make a claim, you will need to provide:
- Name, Address, and Serial Numbers of both your gear and Travel Bag.
- Image of the damage to your gear.
- Proof of travel, including your departure and return dates. Accepted documents include a boarding pass, baggage ticket, or flight confirmation.
Important Notes
Program benefits are contingent upon your gear being under its original warranty. UPPAbaby cannot replace gear if lost by the airline. A proof of purchase must be provided in order to make a claim.
